PROGRAM
NOTES &
POLICIES
-
Registrations for individual course modules must be
received at Key Testing & Review at least one week prior to the first class date.
-
Key Testing & Review (KTR) accepts registrations on a
"first come / first served" basis until classes are full. We will make every effort to accommodate
all applicants, but early registration is encouraged as it may be necessary to reject applicants
if classes are full.
-
Refund Policy:
-
If you register early and your jurisdiction does not
subsequently announce your exam, we will refund your tuition if you have not started classes,
or pro-rate it and refund the unused portion if you have started classes.
-
If your jurisdiction announces your exam and then cancels it
before training begins, KTR will refund your tuition.
-
If your jurisdiction announces your exam and then
cancels it after training begins, KTR will pro-rate your tuition and refund the unused
portion. After registering and course books are received by the student, any refunds are
subject to a $400 textbook charge to cover administrative and material costs.
-
The Student always has the option not to receive
the refund and have the tuition go towards future classes and programs. If this option
is exercised the student is admitted at no additional charge, even if the course price
is more. The student is "locked in, and guaranteed a seat."
-
There are no other exceptions for a refund. All
sales are final for jurisdictions offering the exam.
-
Key Testing & Review reserves the right to modify program
schedules and content to meet changing circumstances.
-
Audio or video taping of classes is not allowed and can subject
the student to removal from the class with no refund.
