As you know we are about to start our 8th NJ Police Promotional Preparation Course. Over the last eight years we have placed a higher percentage of students #1, #2 and #3 in the sergeant, lieutenant, and captain rankings on the NJ DOP examinations then ANY other Study Group or Course. We do not have the high number of students as some but our students do better.

   The main ingredient for our success is the best material instructed by qualified, proven instructors. Plus the fact that we have smaller classes, the students have more time with the instructors. If you are testing in 2005 or have a friend or colleague testing we encourage you to call us for information regarding this year's course.    Attached here are two recent court decisions concerning the automobile exception. The cases reinforce current law and one case defines in detail the required justification and admissibility of a K-9 "sniff" of a motor vehicle.
